Individual Counselling in Victoria, and online in BC
Healing starts when you feel safe enough to explore what’s been weighing on you.
Individual counselling offers a confidential, supportive space to work through trauma, anxiety, grief, or life transitions — guided by warmth, curiosity, and empirical evidence.
When Life Feels Heavy or Uncertain
Signs It Might Be Time to Talk to Someone
You might be feeling prickly, stuck in old patterns or overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts. Maybe you’ve been through something painful and can’t seem to move past it, or you’re simply tired of carrying everything on your own.
Many clients reach out when they notice:
Persistent stress or anxiety
Low mood or burnout
Relationship challenges
Difficulty setting boundaries
Grief or major life transitions
Whatever brings you here, therapy can help you make sense of your experiences and reconnect with your inner steadiness.
