Couples Counselling in Victoria, and Online in BC
Every relationship faces challenges — moments when communication breaks down, or when stress, resentment, or distance begin to take root. Couples counselling provides a safe, supportive space to rebuild connection and learn new ways of relating that feel healthy, respectful, and hopeful.
helping you find the way forward together
When Distance Grows Between You
Maybe you and your partner feel like you’re having the same arguments over and over again, or you’ve started to feel more like roommates than teammates. Perhaps you’ve been through a major life change — parenting, loss, infidelity, or transitions — that’s left you feeling disconnected or misunderstood.
Many couples reach out when they notice:
Communication that feels tense, defensive, or avoidant
Feeling unheard or emotionally distant
Repeating patterns of conflict without resolution
Navigating transitions like new parenthood or retirement
Difficulty rebuilding trust after betrayal
You don’t have to face these challenges alone — therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

Rediscover Each Other Through Relationship Therapy
In couples therapy, I provide a calm and structured space where both partners can feel seen, heard, and understood. My work draws from Gottman, relational and attachment-based therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, helping couples strengthen communication, repair trust, and nurture emotional safety.
Sessions can take place in person in Victoria or online across BC, moving at a pace that feels safe and collaborative for both partners.
